1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
KC will likely need an offensive lineman, with LT Brandon Albert a free agent. The other position that will be looked at here is QB, but no one in this draft class warrants the top overall pick

2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Jaguars desperately need to improve their pass rush, and Werner has the greatest potential of pass rushers in this draft

3 - OAK: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Oakland desperately needs improvement in their defensive front four, especially with the chance of losing DT Richard Seymour in free agency

4 - PHI: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
As desperately as the Eagles need a QB, they also need players to help their switch to a 3-4 defense. In a division dictated by quarterback play (Romo, Manning, RGIII) a pass-rusher with Jones's potential could be devastating for opposing offenses

5 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Detroit lucks out by being able to match need with talent as one of the best players in this draft class falls to fifth. Milliner has the potential to be a shut down corner in the NFL, something Detroit has lacked for years

6 - CLE: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Switching into a 3-4 defense, Cleveland needs a OLB opposite Jabaal Sheard and is fortunate to have Mingo at six. The raw but extremely athletic Mingo should shoot up draft boards after the combine and don't be surprised if he gets taken in the top 5 come draft day

7 - ARI: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The first at his position to be taken off the board, Geno Smith goes to the Quarterback-starved Cardinals. As much as Arizona also needs an OT and an upgrade in their pass rush, Smith's value at 7 is too good to pass up

8 - BUF: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Bills realize that there will be plenty of quality QB's available in the second round and no one warrants being taken this high besides Geno Smith. Instead, Buffalo gets much needed help at WR

9 - NYJ: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Jets get a steal in Lotulelei at 9. Desperately needing players on defense, NYJ starts by addressing their weakness against the run

10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
In my opinion, Warmack is the most pro-ready of any player in this draft class. Due to the demand for his position, however, he falls to the very satisfied Titans at 10

11 - SD: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
San Diego adds youth and gets help on their offensive line in Fisher

12 - MIA: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Dolphins desperately need a long term solution at safety. and take the best one in this draft class

13 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
In a division with Brees, Ryan, and Newton, it makes sense to improve a very depleted secondary

14 - CAR: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Carolina improves their weak run defense with the best D-lineman available

15 - NO: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Its no secret what side of the ball New Orleans will be drafting on; they had the worst defense of all time last year. The Saints get a rushing OLB for their new 3-4 defense in the freakishly athletic Jordan

16 - STL: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
St. Louis gets a much needed target for QB Sam Bradford with a great value pick here, and can address other needs later in the first round

17 - PIT: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Pittsburgh gets a match made in heaven taking talented space-eater Hankins to replace aging veteran Casey Hampton

18 - DAL: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
DE Ansah has a lot of potential to become a threat next to Demarcus Ware in the Cowboys surprisingly modest pass rush

19 - NYG: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Some of you may find this pick as a surprise, but NYG needs help on their offensive line with the average play of Locklear, Diehl, and Beatty. Eli Manning is a top 5 NFL QB in his prime and needs to be better protected

20 - CHI: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Ogletree was a beast for Georgia, and is a solid replacement for Brian Urlacher

21 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
After missing out on Ogletree, the Bengals get a proven leader and linebacker help in Manti Te'o

22 - STL: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The Rams get a rising star in Elam to improve one of their last needs for a defense that should be a force for years to come

23 - MIN: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
Minnesota needs help at WR and at pick 23 Hopkins is great value

24 - IND: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
The Colts need help on their defensive line, and get the best player available in Floyd

25 - SEA: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
Jenkins helps improve Seattle's interior pass rush and makes their D even scarier

26 - GB: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
The versatile Cooper can play all three interior positions on the offensive line, where the Packers need help

27 - HOU: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
Houston gets a much needed offensive threat opposite WR Andre Johnson

28 - DEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
After seeing Denver get torched by Baltimore in the playoffs, Denver takes Rhodes to try to improve their secondary

29 - NE: Bennie Logan, DT, LSU
The Patriots add interior pass rush to their D with the ultra-quick Logan

30 - ATL: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Atlanta gets a steal in Montgomery at pick 30 to improve their weak pass rush
