Mock Draft with trades.

1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs have a number of talented pieces on both sides of the ball, leading to many people believing them to be playoff contenders prior to the start of the season. However, Kansas City were let down massively by the play from the quarterback position and ended up with the number 1 overall pick. Geno Smith has good arm strength, the ability to run and he takes care of the football. With Andy Reid coaching him, Smith could develop into a star.
2 - ARI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Trade - After the Chiefs pass on Joeckel, the Cards make a move up to grab the premier LT in the draft.
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Tommy Kelly is likely to be cut this offseason due to his ridiculously high salary. Lotulelei would be an upgrade in talent for the Raiders defensive front, as well as being less expensive.
4 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Both DRC and Asomugha could be gone during the offseason, so after missing out on Joeckel the Eagles decide to improve their defensive backfield.
5 - DET: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Moore is the top player left on my board and would fill a huge need in Detroit with Avril being a FA and Vanden Bosch being released.
6 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Trade - Buddy Nix and co jump Jacksonville to grab a potential franchise QB. For all the knocks on Barkley, he has more experience in running a 'pro-style' offense and better pre-snap defensive reads than any of the other top QB's in the draft.
7 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Trade - The Jags add one of the top pass rushers in the draft, as well as a couple of 2nd round picks from the Cards.
8 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Trade - The Browns drop back a couple of spots and still land a dynamic pass rusher for their new 3-4 defense.
9 - SD: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Trade - The Chargers can't afford to risk being jumped by teams such as the Dolphins or Rams so they move up a couple of spots to add the top LT available.
10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Guards don't usually go this high, but Warmack is a special player and the Titans have a number of guards entering free-agency. The Titans have also recently announced that they will be keeping the highly expensive Chris Johnson, so they need to find players to help him produce.
11 - NYJ: Mike Glennon, QB, North Carolina State
Trade - The Jets have to find an upgrade at QB regardless of whether they cut, trade or keep Sanchez. Rex Ryan has the coaching ability to mask holes in the defense, but he needs good players for the offense to succeed.
12 - MIA: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Jake Long has struggled under the Dolphin's new zone-blocking scheme, but more importantly, he has struggled to stay healthy. Those factors as well as his high price tag may result in the Dolphins letting him hit the free-agency market. If that turns out to be the case they will need a new OT to protect Tannehill. Johnson has be rocketing up draft boards since the senior bowl, and he would be a better fit in the Dolphins zone-blocking scheme.
13 - TB: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
After the injury to Quincy Black last year the Bucs could be on the lookout for a new outside linebacker. Ogltree's athleticism and speed advantage over Te'o makes him a better fit for the Tampa defense. Being a former safety will means Ogletree has above average cover skills for a linebacker which will be of huge benefit against Jimmy Graham and the Saints.
14 - CAR: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The middle of the Panthers defensive line has to be upgraded. There are a number of highly talented DT's for the Panthers to choose from here, but Richardson's motor, pass-rushing ability and versatility give him the edge.
15 - NO: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Saints upcoming switch to a 3-4 defense requires them to find an edge rusher. They don't have to search too far as the home-state player with huge potential is still available.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Vaccaro has emerged as the top safety in this class, which happens to be one of the top needs for the Rams. The NFC West is stacked with top defenses and Fisher and co need to catch up.
17 - PIT: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Casey Hampton is a 35 year old free-agent, meaning it's unlikely he'll be back in Pittsburgh. Hankins is one of the top players available, and would be able to fill the vacant NT spot immediately.
18 - DAL: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Cowboys new 4-3 defense will require a new edge rusher to play opposing D.Ware. Ansah is being compared to JPP, and the Cowboys know how good he is.
19 - NYG: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
The Giants have recently cut starting DT Chris Canty to reduce the team's payroll. Floyd is the top player available on my board and would fill the void left by Canty.
20 - CHI: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Lovie Smith wasn't fired by the Bears for their play on the defensive side of the ball. The new head coach will be expected to improve the play of the offense. The Bears may look to free-agency to address the problem at LT, leaving them open to taking a new target for Cutler with their 1st pick.
21 - CIN: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Bengals like long, rangy DE's and Dion Jordan fits that mold perfectly. The Bengals could use added depth at the position regardless of whether they resign Michael Johnson or not.
22 - HOU: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Trade - The Texans move up to take the first WR off the board. Patterson could thrive in the Texans due to opposing teams stacking the box to stop the run, and focusing pass coverage on Andre Johnson. Patterson also has an incredibly high ceiling which could allow him to succeed Andre Johnson as Houston's number 1 WR.
23 - MIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Viking's huge need at LB results in Manti Te'o's slide ending.
24 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Colts ranked 29th in run defense, which is not an encouraging statistic considering they play in the same division as Arian Foster, MJD and CJ2K. Jenkins would be a massive upgrade at NT for the Colts.
25 - SEA: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Seahawks used a 1st round pick on a DE last year, but after Chris Clemons suffered a torn ACL in the playoffs, they may need to add another. Irvin is a very good pass rusher, however, his suspect play against the run makes Montgomery a better fit as a starting DE if Clemons misses a significant amount of time.
26 - GB: Keenan Allen, WR, California
With Driver and Jennings on their way out of Green Bay, a vacancy at WR has become available. Allen has suffered from poor QB play throughout his college career so he will be delighted to have Aaron Rodgers throwing him the football.
27 - STL: Kyle Long, OT, Oregon
Trade - The Rams have to improve the offensive line, and Kyle Long's potential to be able to play at LT gives him the edge over Fluker. The Rams will hope that Kyle Long can have the same kind of impact on the team as his older brother DE Chris Long.
28 - DEN: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Cooper is an extremely talented player who falls to the Broncos because of his positional value. Cooper would provide the Broncos with an upgrade over Manny Ramirez
29 - NE: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
New England don't have a lot of depth at DT, and Sylvester Williams has the size that the Patriots look for at that position.
30 - ATL: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
It doesn't appear that Michael Turner will be back with the Falcons, so they need to find a new power back to replace him.
31 - SF: Margus Hunt, DE, Southern Methodist
The Niners struggled during the absence of Justin Smith, suggesting they need to add depth along the defensive line. Hunt is a physical freak who is likely to impress at the combine, and would be a good fit in San Francisco's defense.
32 - BAL: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
The Ravens will have to throw huge amounts of money at Joe Flacco this offseason, meaning impending free-agents such as Carey Williams will likely not be retained. Baltimore values CB's who excel in man coverage, a skill in which Trufant showed off at the senior bowl.

Poor -- Chiefs will sure up the line first, they still have cassell under contract for 3 more years, their o-line was another major area of concern last year. Also, no way does Tampa take a LB in the first round, they have foster david, and watson, they go CB
