This draft was created by Jess Haynie, head writer for CowboysAddicts.com

1 - KC: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Andy Reid drafted more defensive than offensive players with first-round picks in Philly. With no sure-fire QB options, he solidifies the defense.
2 - JAX: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Mingo is the kind of athlete who is Top 10 now but vaults the boards with his athletic displays at Combines and Pro Day.
3 - OAK: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Still valuing the hometown appeal of an ex-Trojan, the Raiders add Barkley to learn from Carson Palmer.
4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Whether it's Michael Vick or Nick Foles, the Eagles' starting QB next year needs protection.
5 - DET: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Likely needing to replace Chris Avril, the Lions take a premiere 4-3 prospect.
6 - CLE: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Browns needs an explosive playmaker and Patterson has the most upside of the class.
7 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
I expect the Cards to find a new QB via trade or free agency, wanting a veteran to pair with Fitz. They use this pick on a rising star at the OT position.
8 - BUF: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
New coach Doug Marrone watched Smith for three years in the Big East and looks to join the new trend at quarterback.
9 - NYJ: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
They need many things, but a dynamic pass-rusher is near the top of the list. Jones is an ideal 3-4 OLB for Rex's defense.
10 - TEN: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
They had the 24th-ranked pass defense and will spend the next decade competing with Andrew Luck.
11 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
They hope to change recent fortune at the OT position with the next-best player on the board.
12 - MIA: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
They have a good possession guy in Devone Bess, so the pass on Keenan Allen and look for more upside.
13 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Banks is the most decorated collegiate player at the position and the Bucs are in need.
14 - CAR: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Panthers have an attacking front line and Richardson provides good balance against run and pass.
15 - NO: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Without any real nose tackle to anchor their new 3-4 scheme, the Saints pick up the big Buckeye.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Improved at WR with the Titus Young pickup, so they look to make a solid defense special with this standout safety.
17 - PIT: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
Need to improve Big Ben's protection as he's starting to show wear from nine season at age 30.
18 - DAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Could go with a guard or tackle, and Warmack is clearly the best talent at this point.
19 - NYG: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Could go with Te'o but may be afraid exposing him to NY media. Ogletree is a safer option for Michael Boley's replacement.
20 - CHI: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
A much better situation for Te'o. The heir to Brian Urlacher's throne.
21 - CIN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Werner is highly-rated now but not an exceptional athlete, so value will drop some by late April.
22 - STL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Went defense with their first pick, so they improve the o-line at either center or guard with Cooper.
23 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The most NFL-ready of any WR, Allen can be immediate starter for the needy Vikings offense.
24 - IND: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Replacing Dwight Freeney and providing a better fit for new 3-4 scheme, Montgomery is great fit for Indy.
25 - SEA: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
Ready to play now like Allen, Hopkins can be possession receiver and allow Sidney Rice to go make plays down the field.
26 - GB: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Aaron Rodgers was sacked over 50 times last year. They have to do something about that.
27 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Has the talent to fnally give Andre Johnson a legitimate wingman and eventually replace him as the top target.
28 - DEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
They improve secondary now and prepare for Champ Bailey's exit in the next year or two.
29 - NE: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
Touted like the next Percy Harvin, Austin can replace Wes Welker in slot role and add explosive element.
30 - ATL: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Ansah needs a year to develop and can learn from John Abraham. Good pick for an perennial contender.
31 - SF: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Floyd should be a great 3-4 end both starters are getting older for the Niners.
32 - BAL: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
Do they replace Ray Lewis or Ed Reed? Elam could step in a start immediately.

Poor -- Barkley 3rd overall?... No. Moore @ 5? Where the heck is Dion Jordan?
