Average Rank: 1.0 out of 5 (1 vote) -- Rank This Mock Draft

1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
It really depends on what they do with Brandon Albert but if they let him walk, drafting Luke is cashing in on the best LT prospect since Jake Long
2 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Although he had a bad rookie season, I think Andre Branch will come back and have a much improved sophomore year and solidify the DE position. Jarvis Jones is a dynamic OLB/DE that will quickly join the ranks among the NFL’s best pass rushers.
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
My personal favorite player in this draft, the raiders are relatively solid on offense and with pass rush but they will have no push on the inside with both Tommie Kelly and Richard Seymour leaving. Star will give the Raiders defense a Haloti Ngata type force on the inside.
4 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
With a great frame and soft hands, Milliner will be an excellent fit in the porous Eagles secondary. He’ll replace DRC as the No. 2 CB until Nmamdi leaves.
5 - DET: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
With Cliff Avril leaving and Vanden Bosch being cut the Lions need an edge rusher and there is no one better than Moore. A big bodied bull rusher who can overpower most tackles in the league.
6 - CLE: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
This pick is all based off of potential. Mingo has the size and speed to be an elite pass rusher but the on the field production hasn’t been there. If he plays to his potential, he could end up being the best player in this draft class.
7 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Cards Oline last year was atrocious and was abysmal at the tackle position. Fisher rocketed up draft boards after a great senior bowl and he will provide Arizona with their long wanted franchise LT.
8 - BUF: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Bills could go QB here but none are really good enough to be worth it. Vaccaro may be a reach at 8, but I’m very high on him. With George Wilson being released, he would step in next to Jarius Byrd and form a scary and lethal safety combo.
9 - NYJ: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Jets need a lot of things and one player won’t solve the problem, but ogletree is a very athletic linebacker who can do it all. He will be another cornerstone of a front seven that already includes Mohammad Wilkerson and Quinton Coples.
10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
With some work in free agency, I think the Titans can fix up their defense issues. One place they can’t fix is the interior offensive line, which was mediocre at best last season. Warmack is one of the best Guard prospects coming out of college in a decade and would give Chris Johnson a big and powerful man to run behind.
11 - SD: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
If the Chargers don’t sign Jake Long in the offseason like I think they will then they will go T here, but since I think they will Cooper is their man. Like Warmack, Cooper is great with run blocking and would allow Ryan Mathews to run between the tackles successfully.
12 - MIA: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Dolphins have their man at QB in Tannehill, now they just need to give him someone to throw to. Patterson is a ridiculous athlete with great body control and soft hands. He and Ryan will grow up together in this league and be a lethal combo for years to come.
13 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Bucs pass defense is bad. Plain and simple. Eric Wright did not turn into the shutdown corner they thought he would be. Banks would give them a corner to groom into a true No. 1 and if Ronde Barber decides to stay around a year or two more then he will have himself a padawon.
14 - CAR: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
I think the Panthers can wait until the second round to get a WR and with no one in the secondary worth reaching this far the panthers will get the best pass rushing DT in the draft. With Kuelchy behind him to stop the run Floyd should fit perfectly into the Panthers defense.
15 - NO: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Saints are set on offense but their defense is questionable. They just need more pure playmakers and that’s what Jordan is. Another incredible athlete with long arms and a great first step, Dion Jordan will team up with Cameron Jordan to be a great pass rushing 1-2 punch.
16 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Give the man someone to throw to! Although he lacks elite speed, that’s not a problem in the Rams WR core, but they lack a true No.1. Allen will finally give Bradford the big target he needs to be successful.
17 - PIT: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
In my opinion the best athlete in the draft, Ansah has a lot of potential and has the tools to live up to it. The Steelers need to get younger and with Ansah coming off the edge, Flacco will be having nightmares.
18 - DAL: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Cowboys are actually a very solid team at most positions. DT though is an issue. With Jay Ratliff not being welcomed back, the Cowboys will replace him with a guy who can both stuff the run and give some interior pass rush. Sheldon wont have a great career, but he’s one of those guys you can pencil into your lineup as a constant contributor.
19 - NYG: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Although the drama surrounding him is strange, he is still an excellent football player. After cutting Michael Boley, they need someone to man that MLB spot and Te’o is the man to do it. He’ll end up with 90-110 tackles every season.
20 - CHI: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Is there any team that needs a LT more than the Bears? Jmarcuss Webb is not cutting it and Cutler is getting killed. Johnson is a solid run blocker but he excels at pass blocking. He will be an instant starter right off the bat. He’s very similar to Nate Solder of the New England Patriots.
21 - CIN: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
How do you fill a major need AND piss off a division rival? By drafting Eric Reid of course. The Bengals have a great safety already in Reggie Nelson but the other safety spot is a revolving door. Reid will solidify the position and add to an already tremendous defense.
22 - STL: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
With receiver squared away and an already incredible defense, the Rams now need to shore up their offensive line. You could probably switch their two picks but receiver is a more important need for them. Fluker can play either left or right tackle and would help shore up a poor offensive line.
23 - MIN: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
If the Vikings are really going to trade Percy Harvin, then the already lackluster receiving core officially becomes the worst in the league. Don’t be surprised if they trade up to get Keenan Allen or Cordarrelle Patterson. Hopkins though is incredibly fast and can stretch the field. He also has decent size and uses it well to his advantage. Kind of like a shorter Sidney Rice.
24 - IND: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
The Colts just need a total revamp on defense with Mathis and Freeney getting up there in age. They need big time playmakers on that side of the ball and that’s what Jones brings. He’s a great pass rusher, but can also play the run quite well and will be a major asset to Pagano’s defense. Another option here for them is Sylvester Williams from UNC
25 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
With a top 5 defense, their only issues are WR and OL. Terrance Williams is a big-bodied wide receiver that will give Russell Wilson a go to target to pass to. This would let Sidney Rice slide to the #2 spot and allow Golden Tate to move back to his more natural slot receiver position.
26 - GB: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
This is a tough call. The packers on defense have the skill, but the performance has been subpar. This is a best player available pick and would actually help the Packers stop the run…For once.
27 - HOU: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
If this happens, this is scary. The Texans have been yearning for a #2 receiver for sometime now and Tavon Austin is there guy. Arguably the most explosive guy in the draft, not only is he a great pass catcher, a YAC machine, but he can also return punts and kicks Josh Cribbs style. Scary combo with the Texans at WR.
28 - DEN: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Outside of safety the Broncos really need a big run stopper on the inside. Justin Bannan is decent but Hankins will definitely help provide a big push from a big guy.
29 - NE: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
I don’t think the patriots will resign Talib but if they do I can almost guarantee they will trade out of this position. If not, Rhodes is a great fit with the Patriots defense. Along with Dennard on the other side and Mccourty at safety, they have a young and extremely improved secondary. Watch them go WR in the second round like Robert Woods or Justin Hunter.
30 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
It was very clear in the playoffs that it was a severe lack of pass rush that really hurt the Falcons. With John Abraham having maybe 3-4 years left, it’s important to find his replacement now. Okafor is an extremely similar player to Abraham with a very similar body type. Just like Ronde Barber with Jonathon Banks, Abraham will have a padawon to teach.
31 - SF: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
Let be honest. Justin Smith is getting old. Their secondary is a problem but I believe in Jim Harbaugh to fix it in free agency. John Jenkins will just be a good chess piece to use in that defense and when its Smiths time to go Jenkins will be a perfect replacement.
32 - BAL: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
Well the legend is over. With Ray Lewis retiring, the ravens have a gaping hole at the MLB spot for the first time in 17 years. Minter isn’t going to blow you away as a playmaker but he will quietly get 100 tackles a season. Another player at the same position is Arthur Brown who is another possibility. If Ed Reed isn’t resigned, then I think they will take matt Elam instead.
