2/17 always champ's Mock Draft
1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Got their qb. As long as Albert gets paid he shouldnt mind whether he plays RT or G and this team is immediately a little better.
2 - JAX: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
He has passed Star and Jax just needs the best d-line player here
3 - OAK: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Tough pick with all the holes. Could be Millner,Star
4 - CLE: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
TRADED UP.... Jump ahead of detroit to make sure they get the man they want.
5 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
With Werner and Jordan being gone they would have to take him.
6 - PHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
TRADE DOWN....Move down and still get their guy.. Cant count on peters
7 - ARI: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Wont take one of the qb's and OT's are gone
8 - BUF: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Would probably like to trade down to meet better value on qb or wr but no takers
9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
A good fit gor Rex. Just to high for the next cb could take the first wr off the board also
10 - TEN: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Missed out on Warmack and were not good at pressuring qb. Could easily be Vaccaro
11 - SD: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Just has to be doesn't it
12 - MIA: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
So even if they sign a FA wr that still only gives them one good option in the passing game
13 - TB: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
May be the 2nd cb now
14 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
One helluva player falls to them
15 - NO: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
A great need gets met here
16 - STL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Better get a lineman while they can
17 - PIT: Keenan Allen, WR, California
This wont be a popular pick with all the DEF. needs but a QB without weapons wont get u to far
18 - CIN: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
TRADED UP...Get ahead of NY and Chi for their pick of LB
19 - NYG: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
G-Men have to be happy he was still here
20 - CHI: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
O-line is gone here,so is wr. could take Teo
21 - DAL: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
TRADED DOWN....A texas boy to put across from Ware in the new 4-3
22 - STL: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
S-Jax is moving on. Fisher loves a true 22 carry feature back
23 - MIN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Could go with many positions here
24 - IND: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Would like to see a db of some sort but they have age and not enough power in their def.front
25 - SEA: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Add good instincts to the best yound def. Help Russell later in draft
26 - GB: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
With Woodson being cut this could easily be a db picked here
27 - HOU: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
K.Minter would be a nice fit here but no way could they pass up Austin if he were available
28 - SF: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Den trades down for SF's two 2nd rd picks and a later pick. SF cant keep all 15 players so trade some picks and get higher quality
29 - NE: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
If they cant find secondary they like here it should be a pass rusher
30 - ATL: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
Released D.Robinson, Need youth in a cb
31 - SF: Margus Hunt, DE, Southern Methodist
With these two picks this defense is nasty
