3/13 AdRoK's Mock Draft (Round 2)
1 - KC: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Andy Reid likes to attack the QB and he's gonna need a versatile athlete like Jordan who he keep on the field on every down. Even after dropping their RT, I don't think that OL will be the first pick.
2 - JAX: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
I expect the Jags are going to want to Jordan and be kinda surprised when he's gone. This would be a worst case scenario for a player who needs to take time and learn his craft.
3 - OAK: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Not a sexy pick but he'll look good in silver and black. Bad teams shouldn't take big risks and Warmack should be safe.
4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles could use some stability at LT.
5 - DET: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
I feel like Werner would fit well with Detroit and they might be in the market for a DE.
6 - CLE: Keenan Allen, WR, California
This pick was Star but the position is no longer a priority. Keenan Allen has his Pro Day tomorrow, if he runs in the 4.4 range than he could go here.
7 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
If he's graded to start on day 1 then how can they go wrong?
8 - BUF: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
You better hope the WR you draft is special if you take one when your team is in the midst of shambles.
9 - NYJ: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Jets could be in the market,,,
10 - MIA: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Miami trades up for a LT.
11 - SD: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
It's a position of need and he's the best available at it.
12 - TEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Titans need all kinds of help with their DBs.
13 - TB: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The DT's fall to lucky teams who really need them.
14 - CAR: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
The cats get lucky and get the best player available at a position of desperate need.
15 - NO: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Saints' secondary didn't look good last season.
16 - STL: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
If your QB can only get the ball to his slot than that guy might as well be able to get some YAC.
17 - PIT: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
I think this is a good fit and scheme for Mingo. The Steelers are the type of squad that could squeeze a Pro Bowl out of him,
18 - DAL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
The Cowboys continue to rebuild their OL.
19 - NYG: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
I think Jones would fit well in the NASCAR package taking Kiwi's spot at OLB and Mathias moving to DE. Jones is versatile enough to play on multiple downs too.
20 - CHI: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Some insurance if they don't get Melton long-term. Even if they don't it woould be a good pick.
21 - CIN: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
The Bengals save their cash and draft a RT.
22 - STL: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Best player available.
23 - MIN: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Vikings D in the past was built on the interior.
24 - IND: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
More toys for Luck.
25 - MIN: Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International
...next to Harrison Smith could be vurry scurry.
26 - GB: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
I know they're not going to draft a RB. That's why I'm going RB. Lacey doesn't have to be the answer he just has to be a positive part of the equation.
27 - HOU: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
Andre Johnson smiles.
28 - DEN: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The Broncos continue to shore up their D over the middle.
29 - NE: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
A nice bloodline and combine make Trufant a 1st rounder.
30 - ATL: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
The Falcons need to replace some of their blitzers.
31 - SF: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
The Niners add some beef to the DL.
32 - BAL: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Te'o's (<<<I just wanted to do that) head explodes from the pressure on the field during his first game.

Below Average -- Another nonsensical Ram trade.

Above Average -- Good call on the reversed trade. Now it looks really good.

Average -- i like the trade up for the niners but it wont be for a wr either a d tackle safety or corner

Below Average -- Tede Thompson & the Packers WILL NOT draft a RB in the 1st round. Lacy is not a franchise back and their # 1 need is DE, then SS, NT, ILB, WR, OT. Book it Danno!

-- I'm rating my own draft poor for all the edits.

Below Average -- Carolina and Frisco will not get that lucky; Rams will not take two receivers. Can't see GB spending a pick on RB in 1st round.
