1 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
(FROM KC) The Cardinals are desperate for a franchise LT and looking at this year's big board, I think the Chiefs would sacrifice 6 spots for more picks. Luke Joeckel is just as enticing as Fisher, but Fisher is an inch taller and just as athletic if not more so, making him an easy choice at number one.
2 - JAX: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Jaguars have made it clear they want to build around Blaine Gabbert. The best option in that case is Joeckel, who would solidify the blindside protection in Jacksonville for many years.
3 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
(FROM OAK) The Lions are retooling their secondary and while they are sound at safety, the last piece comes at corner. They won't let Philly even think about taking Milliner fourth overall so they trade up to take the best cover guy in the draft.
4 - PHI: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
The Eagles are set up to take the best player on the board here. Sharrif Floyd is an easy top 3 talent here and would fit anywhere on the Eagle's rebuilt defense.
5 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
(FROM DET) Oakland will definately consider a QB here, but I think they play it safe and smart. Despite health concerns, I think Lotulelei is still an elite prospect that would shore up a lackluster D-line.
6 - CLE: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Browns need to find an elite edge rusher for their new 3-4 scheme. Ansah is raw, but he flashes natural ability, versatility, and freakish athleticism.
7 - KC: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
(FROM ARI) The Chiefs traded away from the elite tackle prospects, but they can still nab a stud for the O-line. Warmack is the prototypical guard teams covet and would play at a high level day one.
8 - BUF: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
With the release of Ryan Fitzpatrick, all signs point to the Bills drafting a signal caller. Geno Smith may not be Andrew Luck or RG3, but he's the best in this class and I think the Bills take a chance with him falling in their lap.
9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets defense has fallen flat compared to how it was 2 or 3 years ago, especially their pass rush. Mingo could be a gamble with his bulk and motor, but Gang Green needs an athletic pass rusher like they need a new QB.
10 - TEN: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
The Titans are building up the O-line in hopes of improving the run game and getting CJ back to 2K. Cooper may have average size, but he shows great technique and would only get better under Mike Munchak.
11 - SD: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
The lack of adequate protection for Phillip Rivers has been hurting his game. The Bolts need a franchise caliber LT like Johnson to get their passing game back to form.
12 - MIA: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Corner seems to be a more pressing need here (no pun intended), but I can't see them reaching for one at this point. Dion Jordan is a unique end/linebacker hybrid that could fit anywhere in the Fins stacked front seven.
13 - NYJ: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
(FROM TB) The Jets have this pick from the Revis trade I'm sure will happen. Drafting a corner here might be a reach, so I believe taking the playmaking safety Vaccaro makes a lot of sense to rebuild their secondary.
14 - CAR: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Panthers need to improve their front seven to stay competitive against the NFC South's dangerous offenses. Richardson is versatile to play anywhere on the front and can stop the run and rush the interior.
15 - NO: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Rob Ryan's new 3-4 scheme will need a strong rush linebacker. Jones was one of the best in college football last year and can track down players in the backfield with ease.
16 - STL: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Rams haven't hit on many receivers in the draft lately. Patterson has go-to guy potential that Sam Bradford has been lacking for quite some time.
17 - PIT: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Steelers could go with a receiver here, but I think they need to focus on a younger defense. Ogletree didn't help himself with an arrest, but his talents are too much for Pittsburgh to pass up on.
18 - DAL: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
The Cowboys need interior protection the most, but drafting a stud RT would help just as much. Fluker is a top notch run blocker that would help their 31st rush attack improve.
19 - NYG: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
It wouldn't surprise me to see the Giants draft another pass rusher. Werner has natural ability off the edge and would complement their strong rotation.
20 - CHI: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bears are as old at the linebacker position as any team in the league. Te'o hasn't helped his stock very much, but he has a great skillset that will outweigh his supposed character issues.
21 - CIN: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The Bengals secondary is full of aging players, especially at safety. Elam doesn't have prototypical size, but he plays bigger than he looks and would be an immediate upgrade.
22 - STL: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
Now that Steven Jackson is a Falcon, a huge hole at running back now needs to be filled. Eddie Lacy is a younger version that the Rams can rely on to become an every down back teams look for.
23 - MIN: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
Percy Harvin and his deep threat speed are in Seattle thanks to a trade. By selecting Tavon Austin, they get a blazing speedster than can stretch defenses and outmatch defenders in open space.
24 - IND: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Colts have needs everywhere on defense, but with Freeney likely moving on, the need to improve the D-line is a priority. Williams ca play many techniques and his awareness makes him a great choice.
25 - MIN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Vikings aren't exactly great at corner. In the NFC North, you need good corners on your team. Rhodes has above average size to press receivers on the outside.
26 - GB: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers rely on their high scoring offense to win most games. Eifert is a younger and more talented weapon than will replace Jermicheal Finley as their top TE.
27 - HOU: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Outside of Andre Johnson, the Texans receivers are mediocre at best. Allen is a big guy who can dominate in the red zone and create a dominate duo for the Texans passing attack.
28 - DEN: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
The Broncos are contenders on offense with Manning, but the
29 - NE: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
With Brandon Lloyd and Wes Welker gone this off season, this pick screams receiver.
30 - ATL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Tony Gonzales is returning, but the Falcons can't expect him to play longer than this year. Ertz is a capable TE in the passing game and would be a great future replacement.
31 - SF: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
The 49ers can get after the quaterback, but their run defense occasionally hurt them, especially in divisonal games. Short isn't a stud pass rusher compared to other DT's in this draft, but he's a guy they can plug into their already dangerous front seven.
32 - BAL: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
Ray Lewis retired and Darnelle Ellerbe left in free agency. Clearly the biggest hole on the defending champ's defense is at inside linebacker. Minter isn't as explosive as Ogletree or Te'o, but he is instinctive and strong against the run.

Average -- Rams do not have a huge hole at RB, they have three young ones now. No RB this draft worth a 1st round anyway.
