4/27 AnchiKai2 Mock Draft w/ Trades 2.0 (Round 2)
4/8 AnchiKai2's Wheelin/Dealin Mock 1.0
1 - HOU: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
First shock of the evening. With no one really willing to go all the way up to #1 (ahem... Falcons), HOU will make this surprise pick. I honestly prefer this player over JC.
2 - BUF: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
(Trade with STL - picks given up: BUF's 9, 41, and next year's #1) - They make a bold move to pair Clowney next to Williams.
3 - JAX: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
J.. Blackmon's future is bleak, Sammy's not.
4 - CLE: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
I like R. Farmer and I think he'll draft BPA. If true, I see this pick happening.
5 - OAK: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Schaub is just a stop gap player. Manziel will sit for a bit and eventually come in and light a spark for Raider nation (or at least they hope).
6 - NYJ: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
(Trade with ATL - picks: 18, 49, 104, and next year's #1) Biggest trade of the evening. NYJ will leapfrog over TB to get a legit #1A to go with E. Decker (#1B) and J. Ford to bring a much needed boom to the offense. They have the picks, so this would be feasible (IMO).
7 - TB: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
BAP approach after missing out on M. Evans. Lewan is much nastier and stronger than Matthews.
8 - MIN: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
A reach for some, right pick at right time IMO. He just seems like a great fit for the DEF Zimmer has been known to run. Reach for some, but I think a better option here instead of A. Barr.
9 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
(Trade with BUF) - Trading down worked out well with them picking up their tackle, although I believe if Lewan is here, he would be the their #1 guy, not Matthews.
10 - DET: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
Addresses a need here. Big bodied and ability as a ball hawk will surely upgrade the backend of the defense.
11 - TEN: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
I really think finding the 1st major piece for their new 3-4 def is far more important than pulling a trigger on a QB here.
12 - CHI: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
(Trade with NYG - picks: 82 and next year's 2nd round pick) I truly believe that the bears have him as their #1 target and will easily make a move to leap over STL.
13 - STL: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
J. Maziel meeting and hype was a smokescreen. I think they were hoping to land Bortles here. Pick was much easier with Clinton-Dix off the board. Also this means the final chapter is possibly being written for S. Bradford.
14 - NYG: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
(Trade with CHI) - Moved down, picked up picks, and still land a player that addresses a severe need IMO. I just do not like Ebron here.
15 - PIT: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
Excited to see him fall here. They scoop him up and add youth and playmaker to the secondary.
16 - ATL: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
(Trade with BAL - picks: 68 and newly acquired 104) - They get their TE to replace T. Gonzalez (hard act to follow though).
17 - DAL: Aaron Donald, DL , Pittsburgh
There's always a surprise and Donald dropping here is one of them. But with NYG needing to address their OL before DEF, is one reason why he drops here. DAL will gladly reap the reward if he pans out in the NFL.
18 - BAL: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
(Trade with NYJ and now to BAL) - Pair him up with M. Elam to form a strong duo. Question is which one will be the Strong Safety and the Free Safety?
19 - MIA: Tim Jernigan, DT, Florida State
BPA approach to add depth and possible starter on line next to Starks. Not seeing any other OL prospect worthy of this pick (of course they can try to trade down).
20 - ARI: Dee Ford, DE , Auburn
B. Cooks may be the darkhorse pick here as there #3 WR but I think they address the LB concerns with this prospect. May be a reach, but not by much.
21 - GB: Ryan Shazier, LB , Ohio State
I was looking at NIX here but I think he'll fall fast. Shazier's draft is rising and he would upgrade the ILB corp.
22 - JAX: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
(Trade with PHI, picks: 39, 105, and next year's 1st round pick) - Although D. Jordan from MIA trade may still happen here, PHI trades out to the 2nd. JAX get their QB here that they coveted all along.
23 - SF: Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
(Trade with KC, picks: 30, 56, 61, and next year's 3rd round pick ) - Address their biggest need here.
24 - CIN: Bradley Roby, CB , Ohio State
Screams of big need being addressed, but I really was looking at M. Moses being the pick here. For now, CB it is and with Roby dropping potentially out of the 1st round due to off-field incidents, they'll gladly nab him here. Great upgrade..
25 - SD: Xavier Su'a-Filo, OL , UCLA
I do not see a speed rusher here that would fit their DEF scheme and although Nix is here, Su'a-Filo would make a great upgrade on the OL to go with last year's 1st round Fluker.
26 - CLE: Brandin Cooks, WR , Oregon State
BPA here. His speed will open up the offense more (ala D. Jackson of old PHI) and add an upgrade to the Special Teams play.
27 - NO: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
BPA to addresss a need.
28 - CAR: Cyrus Kouandjio, OL , Alabama
K. Benjamin is there, but I think they need to consider who'll be protecting C. Newton on the OL.
29 - NE: Louis Nix, DT, Notre Dame
Will gladly scoop him up to go along the line with Wilfork.
30 - KC: Ra'Shede Hageman, DL , Minnesota
(Trade with SF) - Look to add help for D. Poe and make the DL more dominant.
31 - DEN: Morgan Moses, OT, Virginia
Lack of OL help was evident during Superbowl. Even with Clady back in the fold, Moses would add some nastiness and toughness to the OL.
32 - SEA: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State
Either he or Seferian-Jenkins would be the pick.

Below Average -- There are a lot of reaches high, and not low where they are more probable.

Average -- No Bortles to Rams; Donald won't get to 17; Jernigan failed drug test - should fall; Koundjio isn't first round worthy.
