WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh, SEA
<< Back to Profiles List
T.J. Houshmandzadeh spent his first few seasons in Chad Ochocinco's shadow before working his way up to challenge the artist-formerly-known-as-Chad-Johnson as Cincinnati's top receiver. In spite of Houshmandzadeh's relatively calm demeanor and seemingly minimal baggage, Bengals brass chose to let him walk as a free agent. The veteran will become an undisputed #1 WR in Seattle, but may not post the kind of statistical success he has become accustomed to. Injury concerns aside, he'll be learning a new offense and catching passes from a new QB.

SportsGrumblings.com - Surprised to see Houshmandzadeh available in the fourth round, but I'm more than happy to add a 90+ reception receiver who has migrated from a WR2 to a WR1. |

TheHuddle.com - There's still a handful of backs on the board that I like, but not much as far as receivers go. Housh should be a PPR deity in Seattle's WCO, so I'll get my WR2 before the pickings get too slim. |

TheHuddle.com - Rick's bucket must be a little leaky; Housh's potential in a WCO with Matt Hasselbeck makes him a fine value here. |

TheHuddle.com - With no "gotta have" back on the board, I'll solidify the WR2 slot. I'm a huge fan of Housh in PPR leagues this year, as the Seattle offensive scheme plays to his strengths. |
