2009 Outlook: Bye Week Fill-in
The Patriots signed Baker away from the New York Jets in the off season and they have talked about the idea of getting the tight ends more involved in the red zone offense. We saw Brady take advantage of that in the first pre season game, hitting Baker for 2 touchdowns. As long as Baker keeps working with the first team offense and catching Tom Brady passes, he might be worth a look as a late round tight end.
