2013 Outlook:

Bryant Johnson was the third most productive receiver on the Lions last year and he caught just 18 passes for 210 yards. A talented crop of tight ends and a pass catching running back in Jahvid Best were much more productive than Johnson in the receiving game. As were, of course, the Lions top two receivers in Calvin Johnson and Nate Burleson. Johnson was not a fantasy option at all last year and should be even less of one this year. Detroit wanted to find a slot receiver in the draft who could increase the unit's overall production and they found one in Titus Young. Johnson will likely become the team's fourth receiver and that will keep him on the sidelines quite a bit and not a viable fantasy option in just about every league.
