2013 Outlook: Solid/Safe Pick

In terms of receptions and yards, 2010 was one of the best of Cooley's seven-year career, but his ongoing trend of not finding the end zone keeps him behind the true elite fantasy tight ends. After missing over half of the previous season with an injury, Cooley rebounded with 77 receptions and matched his career-high with 849 yards. He was also the second-most targeted tight end (behind Jason Witten), but that translated to a whopping three touchdowns and over the last three seasons Cooley has a combined six scores. Quality fantasy option in the back half of the top-10 for sure, but Cooley's upside does not compare with those obviously ranked ahead of him and some that are not.
