2011 Outlook: Deep-league Only

Ever since his 67-939-5 sophomore season, the Ravens and fantasy owners alike have been waiting for a return performance, but have simply been teased and teased. After acquiring Anquan Boldin, Donte' Stallworth and rookie David Reed in the off-season, the Ravens are clearly waiting no more and fantasy players should do the same. There was talk of a trade before the draft and another city might give the restricted free agent the spark he needs to get his career back on track. Otherwise, he might even have a hard time making the club with Reed, Justin Harper and Demetrius Williams in the mix for the final couple of spots, but he likely battles with Stallworth for the third receiver role. If Clayton gets moved before training camp or if Boldin suffers his standard injury early on, then he could be a sleeper candidate, but for now his fantasy value is nothing more than deep, deep league fodder.
