2012 Outlook: Bust (overvalued)
Last updated on May-10-2012 by Rob WarnerThe former Pittsburgh Steeler signed a 6-year $27 million contract back in 2009 and his 2011 production more than justified the pay day. The 28 year old WR set career highs in catches (74), yards (1,023), and TD (7) as he became the default No. 1 receiver role after Kenny Britt's torn ACL in week 3. With the draft selection of Kendall Wright and expected return of Britt, Washington is a candidate to be overvalued this season as he's likely to see a major decrease in production with less targets in 2012.

15.03 | CBSSports.com - Kenny Britt and Kendall Wright are banged up, and Washington had a career year last season with 74 catches, 1,023 yards and seven touchdowns. He won't come close to those stats again, but he does have 19 touchdowns in three years with the Titans. I'll stick with the theme of Round 15, why not? |

10.04 | FFToolbox.com (Matt) - Since Kenny Britt is in a perpetual state of injury, suspension or felony, Washington played like a Top 20 WR last season as Tennessee's go to receiver. I'll take it! |
