Greg Olsen was one of the most hyped tight ends in fantasy football after being acquired in a trade by Carolina last season. Olsen underwhelmed, catching just 45 passes for 540 yards and five touchdowns. Olsen has the potential to develop into an elite fantasy tight end, but has yet to put it all together. Olsen might still be worth a shot as a late round pickup in fantasy drafts, but nothing more.

2012 Experts Mock Draft (June) June 6, 2012 - June 25, 2012	12.05	TheHuddle.com - A couple of sleeper backs I had queued up (Pead, Rodgers) went off the board, and with Gronk's ankle at least somewhat iffy I'd better grab my tight end insurance now. Dustin Keller was an option but he share's a bye week with Gronk. With no Jeremy Shockey to split stats, Olsen has definite upside.
2012 Experts Mock Draft (July) July 16 - 27	14.01	FantasySharks.com - It was Olsen or Rudolph and while I really do like the youngster in Minnesota, John Carlson frightens me just a tad. Olsen is capable and makes a nice value add.
2012 Experts Mock Draft (August) Aug 14 - 24	11.06	DraftSharks.com - Dustin Keller and Owen Daniels would be more attractive for setting a weekly lineup, because I think they'll deliver receptions more consistently. Olsen brings big scoring upside, though, especially with Jeremy Shockey gone.
