There is no 2013 profile for this player yet. Here is his 2013 profile:

2013 Outlook: Gamble (high risk)

Coming off a career year in 2009, when he had 107 receptions and 1,220 yards, Steve Smith was on his way to another very productive season in 2010 until he was injured in week 8, after which he only played in 1 more game and caught 1 pass for 12 yards. Smith has been recovering this off season from micro fracture surgery and word is he isn't progressing as well as he would like. At this point it looks like he might have to start the season on the PUP list, which would mean missing at least the first 6 weeks. Follow his injury rehabilitation closely, but at this point he looks to be too much of an injury risk for the upcoming season. If his recovery starts to speed up and he does make it back for the season, he would most likely be more useful in a ppr league.

Aug. 3; As of today Smith is still unsigned and until he signs and meets with the doctors, it will be hard to gauge how much of the season (if any) he will miss due to his micro fracture surgery. The Giants would very much like him to return and will make every effort to have him back. Stay tuned for more info.
