In his rookie season Jamaal carried the ball 67 times for 357 yards and he had 27 receptions for 272 yards and a touchdown. In the only game when Charles carried the ball more than 7 times, he finished the game with 18 rushing attempts for 106 yards. With a season under his belt, Charles should be a consistent contributor for the Chiefs this season. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me to see Jamaal take over the starting role at some point this season. LJ could have a solid season left in the tank, but I think the injuries of the past two seasons will hit him again and this time Charles will show what he can do, making it hard for the Chiefs' coaching staff to not start him.
