2011 Outlook: Bye Week Fill-in

Shawn Nelson was forced into action during his rookie campaign and performed admirably. His fantasy numbers were nothing to write home about, but he did catch 18 passes for 157 yards and a touchdown and he at least proved to be a reliable target. Derek Schouman is a proven pass catcher and will likely get the starting nod over Nelson. Either way, both Nelson and Schouman will be splitting time and there simply are not enough passes to go around to make either one of them much of a fantasy option. Yet, if Schouman struggles to stay healthy again, Nelson could be in for a big second year.
