Titans RB Chris Johnson back to practice on Friday
After sitting out practice sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson
returned to the field Friday. Johnson has been nursing a sprained ankle for the past couple of weeks, but he said a few days ago that he feels "much better," and head coach Mike Munchak said Friday that Johnson will be "ready to go" Sunday versus the Houston Texans.
Fantasy Analysis:
So, Johnson will play against a Texans run defense that is very stout, statistically. But it's also a defense that will probably be resting a lot of their starters as Houston is locked into the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoffs. Regardless, I don't think Johnson is anything more than a flex play this week. Johnson has disappointed us all season long, and his ankle probably isn't going to be at full strength. Why not finish this awful season with another 50-yard effort?
