New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees finally agreed to terms on a five-year, $100 million contract. The deal includes $60 million guaranteed, including $40 million guaranteed in the first season. After a very public back-and-forth, the Saints have made Brees the highest paid player in the NFL.

Fantasy Analysis:

Brees was sure to get a deal sooner or later. Brees is "only" 32 years old and now has the job security to keep him in New Orleans for the remainder of his career. Deal or no deal, Brees should have been one of the first few quarterbacks off the board in your fantasy league. Considering he passed for an absurd 5,476 yards last season, including 13 games with at least 300 yards, he's one of the few surefire studs in the game. Brees will now be able to participate in OTAs and training camp.
