Browns' Mohammed Massaquoi learning from current greats

The Cleveland Browns' passing offense isn't going to inspire awe, but if it does have a No. 1 wideout, it's probably Mohammed Massaquoi at this point. Despite producing no more than 630 yards in each of his first two seasons, he led the team in receiving yards during those years. And recently, he's listened to some of his contemporaries in order to get better. He toured the country to meet with the likes of Chad Ochocinco, Hines Ward, Larry Fitzgerald, Calvin Johnson and Wes Welker. "I'm looking at this as a fresh start and I wanted to learn from the best," Massaquoi told the Cleveland Plain Dealer "I wanted to be able to start from scratch and be able to use what they know to help me. "If you watch Chad, you watch his feet. You watch Larry and you see how he adjusts to certain balls. You watch Calvin, how smooth and controlled he is at all times. Hines and Wes Welker, they understand the game so well. It's not always about just running out there and running a route. They really understand what they're doing out there."

Fantasy Analysis:

I like the commitment to learn and improve yourself by taking some pointers from some of the best at your position. But as long as Colt McCoy is the Browns' starting QB, they won't be a big-time passing offense, limiting Massaquoi's potential. Ben Watson was McCoy's top receiver in 2010. Personally, I think rookie Greg Little will be the team's most productive WR this season. Massaquoi is someone who you can let fall to free agency in your league.
