Donte' Stallworth signs one-year deal with Redskins

Wide receiver Donte' Stallworth @DonteStallworth has agreed to terms with the Washington Redskins on a one-year deal. The Redskins were attempting to make a play for Santonio Holmes, but it looks like he will return to the Jets. Because of that, the Skins needed to add some depth behind the recently re-signed Santana Moss @EIGHTTODANINE and Anthony Armstrong @MrArmstrong13. Stallworth struggled with injuries last year and only played in eight games last year. The season before that, he was suspended the entire year.

Fantasy Analysis:

Stallworth hasn't been fantasy relevant since 2005 when he had a career-best year with 70 receptions for 945 yards and seven touchdowns. That was a long time ago and given his place on the Redskins depth chart, don't expect him to do much this year either. He's now 30 years old and hasn't even scored a touchdown since 2008. In an offense led by John Beck, it's hard to know what to expect but expectations should definitely be very low. The Redskins also drafted Leonard Hankerson @HankTime85 out of Miami so Stallworth is a WR4 at best in this offense.
