WR Jacoby Ford ready to return for Raiders; RB Darren McFadden still out
The Oakland Raiders' passing game will get a bit of boost this weekend with the return of speedy wide receiver Jacoby Ford
. He hasn't played since Nov. 10 due to a sprained foot, but he's been practicing this week and feels like he's ready to step back on to the gridiron.
"I'll be out there," Ford said Friday. "If I practice this much this week and I'm not out there, I'd be mad. I'll be out there, though."
Ford is listed as questionable. Running back Darren McFadden
, however, remains out due to his own foot injury. He has yet to practice since sustaining the injury on Oct. 23.
Fantasy Analysis:
There was a report yesterday stating that a bone in McFadden's foot is still displaced, so he probably won't be available for the playoffs if the Raiders make it. Of course, Michael Bush
should be in your lineup Sunday against the Chargers. Ford probably won't have much of an immediate impact. If there's one Raiders wide receiver I want this weekend, it's Denarius Moore.
